To submit a maintenance request, please login to the MPG Management Resident Portal.
Please note that maintenance requests must now be submitted through the online portal and will no longer be accepted by phone or email.
To submit a maintenance request:
1) Login to your portal
2) Click “Maintenance” on the left-hand side
3) Select “Request Maintenance”
4) Fill out the issue details and click “Submit”
If this is a maintenance or after-hours emergency, call 763-275-1800, leave a voicemail, and also send a text to that number to ensure the fastest response from our team.
